Email Service Interruption
We experienced some technical difficulties with email that came in from outside the District last night. For approximately 16 hours, email from outside the District routed to the District’s new Exchange accounts instead of GroupWise accounts.
The good news is that mail is now routing to both mailboxes as expected.
We are in the process of forwarding copies of email from the new Exchange accounts set up for staff who are currently working to the existing GroupWise accounts. Please check your “junk mail” folders to make sure that you have not missed any messages.
Employees who are not on contract will have access to these messages by Thursday of next week.
We regret any inconvenience. We think that you will enjoy the new email service once the migration is complete.
