Extreme Makeover: High Tech Edition Phase I Update
Orientations on the new presentation equipment continue this week at Phase I campuses.
Some concerns that appeared initially to be technical issues have been resolved as a result of learning how the equipment works.
Other issues still need to be addressed.
After orientations are complete at your campus, please report any technical issues related to your presentation system using the eduphoria Help Desk system. Completing a ticket will allow us to respond more quickly to your needs. You may also call the Help Desk at 817.299.HELP (4357).
Use “Presentation System” as the category for your request. This category is circled in the picture at the bottom of this message.
Depending on the issue, an MISD technician or the contractor that installed the equipment will be assigned to address it.
We really need this documentation to make sure that your presentation systems are up and running at the end of this project.
