I set up my PeoplePassword profile last spring. How can I use it to recover my password now?
Were you one of the 1,500 people who set up a PeoplePassword profile before leaving for the summer?
If so, and if you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry!
Now, you can access your password without calling the Help Desk.
It’s easy! 🙂
Remember that you’ll need to use an MISD computer from within MISD to access PeoplePassword.
Use a library computer to login to the network using the student login.
If you remember your password but it’s not working (which is probably because it expired over the summer) you can use that password to get into the PeoplePassword system.
If you don’t remember your password, you can use the security questions in PeoplePassword to reset it.
1. Visit the MISD Technology Development home page.
2. Click on the “Manage Your Password” link, which will be on the left side of the screen. It’s circled in the picture on the left so that you can see it more easily.
You’ll use your security questions and answers that you have set up previously to retrieve your password.
