Did Santa bring you a new smartphone? If you’d like to set it up to work with our Exchange system, we can help you. There is a document for iPhone set up in the Eduphoria Help Desk Knowledge Base. You can log into Eduphoria, select Help Desk, and click on the Knowledge Base tab on the left.

Smart phones vary, and new models come out every week. Please feel free to call the Help Desk at 4357 if we can be of assistance.

    • Yes, the email system works with Androids. Each one is a little different – and new models come out frequently – so we don’t have a help sheet for each. Please call the Help Desk, and we will get you fixed up.
