Assurances for Summer iPad recipients

I’m feeling some stress about getting ready to use this iPad at school. What should I do?

We’re committed to helping you learn about what the iPad can do for you at a comfortable pace and making this implementation as stress-free as possible.

There is no list of expected skills that you’re supposed to be able to perform according to any specific timeline. These devices are being deployed to you so that you have the chance to get familiar with them over the summer. That’s it! To help you do that, we’re continuing to load some video clips onto your device this summer.

Keep in mind that the Skyward Student Information System upgrade is our top training priority through the month of September. We’ll have lots of workshops scheduled for early October if not late September!

How do I get help with my iPad?

You may call the Help Desk with questions at 817.299.4357. Summer hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Using the AirWatch system, we’re continuing to send out quick video clips about the basic functions of the iPad.
